Kissimmee/ Orlando Area

Our luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom 2 bath condos, are located in Kissimmee, Florida which is approx 10 minutes from Disney Maingate. The condo is situated within the "Sweet Water Club" resort community.

*Each condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TVs, DVD player, a/c, sleeps 4-6 for the 2 bedroom and 6-8 for the 3 bedroom. You will find all the necessary cooking items, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and oven, refrigerator with ice maker and all the dishes and utensils for a service for eight.

*Villa 112 Living Room has cathedral ceilings with fan, and a 60 inch color TV, DVD player, coffee table and full size sofa bed with love seat. The Dining Room has a hanging lighting fixture and dinette set that seats six.

*Villa 112  Master Bedroom has a queen bed, two side tables, clock/radio, cathedral ceiling with overhead fan, 32" color TV, private bathroom with walk in shower, three dresser draws and a walk in closet. Relax in the morning on the veranda overlooking the nature preserve before your busy day at the parks.

*A porta-crib and highchair are available upon request.

*Villa 112 Second Bedroom contains two twin beds, night stand, clock with radio, walk in closet and one dresser for clothing a 21” color TV. It shares the full hall bathroom.
 
*Amenities include, resort Pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, volley ball, basketball, internet access, pool table, play2game room which is available to all vacationers. There are many food options and drinks (NON Alcohol) available within the onsite recreational house. This provides the vacationers with convenient Pool side services and enjoyment.
